General terms
These privacy terms (hereinafter – the Terms) determine the main principles and procedures for regulating the visitor of the website “Prestol Kompozits” SIA (hereinafter – Prestol Kompozits), located at the Internet address www.kompozits.lv, hereinafter – You, the use of personal data.

The personal data you submit to the site composits.lv will be used in accordance with the Regulations, the Personal Data Processing Law, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as well as other legal acts in force in the Republic of Latvia governing the use and protection of personal data.

kompozits.lv is intended for persons over 14 years of age. Persons under the age of 14 may not submit any personal data using www.kompozits.lv.

Management of other (non-personal) data
Other data, which is not your personal data – i.e. related to the service orders you have made on the site composits.lv – can be used to create anonymous statistical surveys. In any case, such use of the data will not reveal your identity, either directly or indirectly. In some cases, we reserve the right to transfer the results of anonymous statistical research to third parties.

Transfer of personal data to third parties
Your personal data may be transferred to third parties. Such third parties could be vendors, software vendors, database maintenance providers, cloud providers, etc. Your personal data may be transferred to intermediaries and / or data carriers, as well as to companies of the Prestol Composite Group. Your data may also be transferred to law enforcement authorities, such as the National Police and other supervisory authorities, upon request, if required by applicable law, or to protect our rights or to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and resources.

Except for the cases specified in these Terms, as well as in compliance with the requirements of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, without your prior permission, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties.

We reserve the right to record information (usually called “cookies”) on your computer when you visit the website sistemits.lv. This information makes it easier to use composite.lv and eliminates the need to enter personal data during each visit. We use and store your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes specified in these Terms.
Data that is processed on the basis of the performance of the Distance Contract is stored for no longer than 3 (three) years after the expiry of the contract.

Consequences of non – disclosure of personal data
You have the right not to provide us with your personal data. However, the submission of personal data is necessary to achieve the objectives set out in the Regulations. Therefore, if you do not provide your personal data, Prestol Composite may not be able to achieve the above objectives.

Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • request Prestol Kompozits permission to access, correct and delete your personal data, as well as restrict the use of data;
  • the right to object to the processing of data;
  • the right to receive your personal data in a structured, frequently used format that can be viewed on electronic devices (data portability);
  • the right to withdraw his consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal;
  • the right to submit a complaint to the Data State Inspectorate.

Final terms
The regulatory enactments in force in the Republic of Latvia are applicable to these Regulations. All disagreements will be resolved through negotiations. If no mutual agreement is reached, disputes will be considered in a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
